Embracing tools to begin to leave all fear....

I was bullied some in my teen years. When I went off to college in Upstate New York back in ‘72, I began embracing martial arts training. Being among the most empowering things I’ve done in life, I’ve never really stopped that training. I’m most grateful for the fear it has helped me leave and the skill set it has provided in life, to not only have the capacity to protect myself and my family but others as well. I've come to believe we can leave up to 70% of all fear through ‘intense practice fighting’ (wearing protective padding, gloves, etc), with most respected brothers and sisters. Finding a supportive class setting to practice in with a teacher who shows students immense respect, is key. It can be a ‘sacred endeavor', learning to protect oneself, especially for women, so none can ever take advantage of you! 

LifeKnives are a product line that we began to develop around 35 years ago - to help remind and inspire us to ‘cut through life’s challenges and achieve excellence’.
