18kt. yellow gold and diamond khanda / adi shakti pin pendant (approx. 1 3/8"/3.5cm in diameter) with gem grade natural lapis lazuli insert. Has swivel pendant bail that swings up and allows chain to go through when desired to wear as pendant and disappears behind piece when worn as pin. NOT IN STOCK - APPROX. 30-45 DAYS TO CREATE.
